Office of Faculty Development Holds “Mini-Writing Retreats” in Library

OFFICE OF FACULTY DEVELOPMENT HOLDS
"MINI-WRITING RETREATS" IN DU BOIS LIBRARY

 

Amherst, MA - The Office of Faculty Development will hold monthly mini-writing retreats for all faculty on the following Fridays-Feb. 27, March 27, and April 24, at the Faculty Writing Place, Room 1602, Du Bois Library. 

Participants can schedule a block of writing time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Staff from the Office of Faculty Development (OFD) will be present and refreshments will be served.

The Faculty Writing Place (FWP) is a quiet, comfortable, fully-wired common space reserved solely for Amherst campus faculty.

The FWP is a quiet space, therefore, an adjoining room has been reserved for pairs or small groups to work together and hold discussions during the retreats.
