RefWorks Now Available to Alumni

UMASS AMHERST LIBRARIES ANNOUNCE
REFWORKS NOW AVAILABLE TO ALUMNI
Amherst - The UMass Amherst Libraries provide RefWorks at no charge to UMass Amherst alumni via the Library's web site, www.library.umass.edu. RefWorks is a web-based citation management program used to organize citations, retrieve references, and generate bibliographies. RefWorks is a powerful tool that greatly enhances the research process and saves time as citations may be collected from catalogs, databases, web sites, and other resources. This tool is also available to all UMass Amherst students, faculty, and staff.
Special features of RefWorks include RefShare and RefMobile. RefShare is a module that allows RefWorks users to share their folders, further enhancing collaborative research. Folders may be shared with both members of the UMass Amherst community and globally between any researchers with Internet access. RefMobile is designed for access and use via Smart phones, PDAs, and cell phones.
