Please note: IM questions are taken on a first-come-first-served order. During busy times it may take longer to answer your IM if staff are busy helping patrons in-person at the Reference & Research Assistance Desk.
As an alternative to using IM Reference Service, you may email a librarian, call the Reference Desk at 413.545.0150, or visit the Reference Desk for assistance.
When the IM Reference Service is closed, non-librarian staff at the LC Desk can provide basic support and information.
