Submit requests on paper forms, electronically, or by FAX to (413) 577-0037. Please provide complete and accurate bibliographic citations for processing.
Print Reserves is no longer accepting single chapters or articles to be placed in manilla folders. Short readings of this type are only going on Electronic Reserve, due to a lack of space and the demand for electronic versions of this type of reserve materials from students. Costs to print out an article using the Library's print stations on electronic reserve is half the cost of making a photocopy. Print reserves will continue to accept lecture notes, problem sets, etc. that are kept in loose-leaf binders and added to throughout the semester.

Use separate forms for Book Chapters and Journal Articles (due to citation format). For electonic journals, please supply a persistent URL if it is available. These forms are in MS Word (*.DOC) format. You may save them as files on your computer for repeated use. Instructors who have used E-Reserves in Fall 2011 or later semester may log in to check items using the "Web Login". Please contact a reserves staff member if you have questions. |
